I am an experienced professional with a diverse combination of professional expertise and training/education. Which includes, but is not limited to: Occupational Safety & Health (HSE), HR/Recruiting, Environmental compliance, PSM, Leadership, Training, Contracting/Consulting, US Military (Military Police/Intel Analyst), Security, Communication/Public Speaking, ISO, Change Management, Risk Management, Audits, Incident/Accident Investigation (root cause analysis), Work Comp, as well as numerous other related course work and professional/personal projects. My real world experience has been gained while in Central America, Europe, the Middle East and throughout North America. I have steadily tailored my skill set to Human Resources and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and more recently Environmental compliance and PSM, as well as, employee development/training. As an HR/ Safety Professional I review, draft, and implement policies to increase safety in the workplace. I am responsible for monitoring, assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety. I also ensure the Site Safety and Health Plan is drafted/prepared and implemented. Conducting site safety audits, investigating incidents (find the root cause), and Emergency Plan Development & Response. And training, drafting/creating training and presenting it. And other many of safety and compliance related duties.Familiar with DOL, OSHA, DOT, EPA, DOD, and other governmental agency regulations. Developed training outlines, written operational procedures, and presented training/operational briefings to large audiences.
