• Responsible for Establishing, maintaining and Monitoring of Food safety Management system & Environmental management system• Implementing & Auditing systems Like Global standard for food safety BRC ,ISO 22000:2018, EOHS (ISO 14001,:2015,ISO 45001:2018 ,Coca Cola SGP, SGF• Establishing Food safety Management System & Environmental Management system maintaining various Unit operations.• Responsible for Manual Preparation on FSMS & EMS, Achieve the functional quality objectives.• Conducting awareness programmes trainings on Quality assurance Techniques & identification , Internal audit Techniques, GMP & personal Hygiene, GHP, Halal Awareness, kosher awareness, HACCP , OPRP & CCP Identification & Implementation, Finished product Handling etc., • Responsible for SAP Programme for entering the incoming material of Raw material Inspection as per our specifications, packing Materials, food additives, In process analysis, Enter the store bills on SAP (System Application & Products in data Processing) programme.• Responsible for checking all chemical & Microbiological Analysis of water .• Responsible for calibration of all Lab equipment’s by internally .Conducting trace ability exercise and Product Mock Recall • Organize & conduct the internal audits Plan , Programme . preparing Corrective and preventive action for Non-Conformity. Minutes of review Meetings (MRM), EHS Committee Meetings, women redressal Committee, Plant work Committee, Mock drills (EOHS) – Fire drill, Snake bite , Gas leakages • Monitoring pest control service & activities , Coordinating with external calibration services of equipments , Finished product , water samples , pest control services etc., • Coordinating with customers for Preparation of marketing & Customer samples with related documents & COA & forward to customers for dispatches.•.
