I am proficient, highly experienced & skilled in the management and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Transportation & Specialist Technical Services within all industry sectors. Working within the company senior management team across multiple industry projects managing a project portfolio of circa €150 Million euros for the delivery of all aspects of MEP & Technical services.During these challenging projects a key aspect of successful project delivery commences during the initial client and design team engagement process. From here all projects are strategically structured to progress through the three key phases of project delivery from 1/Pre Construction & Planning, 2/Construction through to the final 3/Commissioning phase. Within this delivery plan the 5 key pillars of Health & Safety, Technical Design, Programme, Quality and Commercial form a critical part of the management plan.Working within a industry leading main contracting company and managing a multi disciplined technical services function requires the highest levels of integrated contract and project management which I have acquired from over 25 years experience within the construction industry and working on some of the most challenging and complex projects.
