Over the last 15 years, I have fulfilled this objective as a trusted right-hand and partner to the MD of the Australian subsidiary of the €423M Michael Weinig Group, supporting 3-fold growth, double digit cost reductions and the achievement of targeted EBIT year on year.My expertise lies in the business space and having gained leadership exposure across corporate services, including HR, IT, procurement and inventory management, I provide whole of business leadership that drives results in uncertain economic climates. CPA qualified and continuously improving, I combine deep technical expertise with high levels of integrity and accountability to drive continuous improvement across functions, developing new finance frameworks and operating models that safeguard performance in challenging markets.On a personal level, I love to learn, mentor and help others to achieve their goals.
