Setup a state-of-the-art physical and chemical laboratory required for meeting exacting quality standards of reputed overseas buyers like Walmart, Target, CK, Supertex etc. Increased production by optimizing process flow, rationalization of work force and other cost control measures.

Worked for 1 ½ Yrs. in this 100% export oriented manufacturing facility, which was in techno-commercial collaboration with Kymen Sukka of Finland. The project was held-up on account of unforeseen delay in financial arraignments.

The unit is Export Oriented and is a fully integrated modern Knitwear facility having in-house Knitting, Processing, and Garmenting.

These units were part of one of the largest expatriate Company in West Africa. Put up from grass roots level the finest export oriented textile manufacturing facility and was involved in all technical and commercial aspects of setting-up the project and putting the same in commercial profitable operation within a short time of start-up.
