 Worked as Mall manager at DLF building, South point mall, golf course road Gurgaon (Haryana), with a responsibility of complete building management, with HVAC, STP, power management, security, fire safety, and infrastructure safety. Generation and collection of electrical billing to shops and tenants of mall.

Worked with Unitech Wireless (Tamilnadu) Pvt. Limited (UNINOR) a telecom co., responsible for all admin and facility managements of UP West & Uttaranchal sites which are situated at Agra, Bareilly, Meerut, Moradabad and Dehradun, etc. Key player in planning, scheduling & reviewing effective maintenance practices for enhancing system reliability. Defined operational parameters and ensured strict adherence there to generate maximum operational efficiency. Geared the activities for planning and organizing the time bound procurement schedules, in complete maintenance of all equipments of the sites. Developed reliable vendors for spares and maintained an inventory of classified spares to avoid costly rush purchases to ensure cost effective workability.

 Managed the campus of Dell Perot System & was responsible for managing complete technical & soft system of three sites about carpet area of 235,000 sq ft approx. covering a total plot area of 25 acres, 20,000sft & 12,000sft at sector-125, 127 and sec-57 of Noida respectively.  Vendor management, tracking of AMC/ CMC for all equipment, Invoices management and tracking of invoices of client & vendors. Management of Horticulture, front desk, complaint Help desk, housekeeping, STP, WTP, events etc.

 Responsible for managing complete technical system of four high rise buildings (Logix Techno Park, total 24 floors) each having a carpet area of 160,000 sft approx. covering a total plot area of 5 acres.  Fully accountable for setting up, installation and maintenance of HT/LT power supply systems, 14 DG sets of 500 KVA, split and ductable HVAC System, Transformers and LT panel rooms.  Supervised the installation work of PLC, SCADA, OLTC and RTCC panel systems. Led and guided the team for managing complete operational, AMC and maintenance activities of pump room with firefighting system and elevators.
