I have 33 years of experience in the power sector, of which 28 years are with Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC). My has experience spread across the value chain of power sector including planning, maintenance and financing of generation, transmission & distribution segments. I have played key role in business development, project appraisal, financial modelling, project monitoring and stressed asset resolution. Presently, I am Executive Director in charge of PFC’s lending operations in the Northern and Western Region. I am also heads the Lending Policy Unit in PFC, overseeing the formulation and review of PFC’s lending policies. Also in charge of the New Business Group, which is responsible for exploring business opportunities in emerging sectors like electric mobility, charging infrastructure, energy storage, equipment manufacturing etc.
