i look after all the dept. in out patient & in-patientsolving all the query of the patient & if the problem is beyond my level then report the matter to general manager (HOD) & chair person ( M.D)

looking after all the out patient & in patients mostly people who are coming from north . co-ordinating with them from entering in to the hospital till they leave the hospital . and solving their problems if the problem is beyond my level then reporting to Vice president or ( M.D)

i know telugu, hindi english & tamil so i worked as translator to the consultants if the patient does not know tamil or english.Solving all the query of the patients at out patient dept. helping the patients in doing registration ,,guiding them to the certain dept where they have to go and at the end taking feed back from the patients to give some suggestion to make things better
