Provide integrated on-site support in all aspects of Human Capital Management including development, maintenance, and execution of the EA Labs Strategic Human Capital Management Plan. Provide general support for all aspects of EA Labs Human Resources Program and activities including recruitment, HR tools/systems/database updates and data maintenance, interview scheduling and selection, HR meeting and events coordination, records management, exit management, leave management, workforce planning, employee performance planning and plan tracking, position tracking and analysis, employee orientation, assistance with responses to employee HR requests, attrition/retention statistical reporting, employee and contractor headcounts, and training.
