Deployment of Manpower in Merchandising in all leading Supermarket Nationwide. Deployment of Models for special event (sampling & promotion) Preparing and maintaining all staff files and records Prepares post evaluation report after the event/project. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines for complete tasks/assignments. Performs various admin-related office works to ensure compliance with requirement of office administration. Performs other job-related duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time. Checks and monitors trade implementation of all approved programs to ensure that set targets and objectives are achieved and to address operational issues that may arise. Conduct in-store sampling and promotions in selected Supermarket accounts. Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with supermarket operations personnel, resolving product or service problems promptly and ensuring excellent customer relations. Supervises Route Sales Representatives to ensure that they are providing consistent, excellent, timely service to supermarket accounts. Implement strategies to sell products or services. Submits updates of all programs being implemented to Trade Marketing & Promotions Manager on a weekly basis to assess actual performance versus target. Coordinates closely with Marketing for all product-specific strategies, developments and activities to ensure directional alignment of plans. Responsible in orientating product knowledge and expertise (knows the brand, product lines), selling skills, customer service, office procedures, and grooming/personality. Manages Merchandiser thru verification of actual in-store attendance and inventory reports. Regularly scheduled store visits to work with and train Merchandiser and complete reports.
