Property Claims - Outside Claims Adjuster & CAT response team - Responding to CAT events within Canada and the USA- Confirming coverages for homeowners, condo, and commercial policies. - Scoping damages and writing my own rebuild estimate in Xactimate- Settling with my insureds based on my estimate of damages- Reviewing and reconciling contractor emergency/rebuild estimatesTraining - 6 week course on Xactimate, and estimate writing

Investigating, negotiating and settling Auto claims, AB claims, Telephone property claims. • Assist, comfort and educate customers who have been involved in a collision • Investigate facts of an accident• Verify policy coverage’s• Manage a different severity of claims• Review supporting documents• Dispute liability• Maintain detailed file records• Gather documentations and make arrangements for repairs, rental and preparing Subrogation documents. • Work with policyholders, Brokers, lawyers, Vendors, non-policyholder, Insurance adjusters and law enforcements• Process claims payment• Prepare files for collection and litigation if necessary

Investigating, negotiating and settling auto claims in Alberta, and motorcycle claims in BC.

Official Duties• Head Office contact for all IT issues• Updating security forms• Managing IT hardware• Train all employees on hardware and software • Onsite contact for all program (ex. Lotus Notes)​​​​​​​​Additional duties include:• Entering new business for Personal Lines Dept• Contacting building management on office issues• Creating attendance spreadsheets• Excel audit spread sheet for claims department• Excel forms created for Personal Lines• Assisted in recording attendance in Oracle• Updating Business Continuity Plan
