I continued the development work that I had been doing with CLN. In addition, I installed Notes/Domino systems in school districts across western Canada. This included custom development, software installation and configuration. I also created and taught a two day training course for client IT staff on how to perform system administration.

I was initially hired on a temporary basis to fill in for a developer on medical leave. My responsibilities were to maintain Lotus Notes / Domino systems and plan, estimate and execute new projects for our customers. After doing a code audit for one client that dramatically increased the efficiency of their systems, I was brought on full time. I continued to work for CLN until it was acquired by another company.
