Responsibilities:--> Creating & Posting technical job postings on various niche platforms (LinkedIn, Github, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Application Track System, Ceipal, Pro Hires, Tech-Fetch,etc.)--> Sourcing potential developers via Boolean & X-Ray search.--> Screening Candidates via parsing specialized skills & qualifications.--> Performing Pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's abilities.--> Conducting mock interviews and scheduling interviews with Client.--> Coordination & Negotiation of offers between Developer & Client.--> Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.--> Working on US Tax terms (W2, Corp to Corp, 1099) for Full time & Contract job types.--> Proficient user of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Outlook.
