My primary responsibility involves monitoring network traffic using advanced tools such as Observium and LibreNMS, which allow for real-time analysis and reporting on network health and performance metrics.In this role, I meticulously track data flow, identifying anomalies and potential bottlenecks to proactively address issues before they impact our clients. My expertise in leveraging Observium's intuitive interface and LibreNMS's robust features enables me to maintain a comprehensive overview of our network infrastructure, ensuring all systems function seamlessly.Additionally, I am responsible for updating and managing tasks through the Jaze and John project management framework.
