Tech Stack used was Javascript, React, Bootstrap, Express, Firebase, Redis, SendGrid and Quill text editor. ▸ Implemented Github Actions for CI/CD and deployed the website on BlueHost VPS server running Apache.▸ Implemented Redis on express server as in-memory cache to reduce response time by 50% and enabled gzip compression which reduced payload size by 50%▸ Performance optimisations with the help of lazy loading, dynamic imports and observer API reduced the page speed index under 2s.▸ Built a web scraping automation script using Python-Scrapy which helped increase leas generation by 1%. Used Regular expressions to filter the data out into a clean readable format and store in an excel file.
