Accountable for overall performance of Lisner's external production.- Supervising Co-packers,- Focal point for Stakeholders and Co-packers,- Filing organizational gaps between head-office and vendors,- Working closely with Board Members and Department Leaders,- Arranging cooperation rules with individual Co-packers,- Cooperation with Management and Owners of the Co-packing plants,- Negotiations in all aspects of cooperation,- Monitoring key performance indicators, value chain analysis,- Validating process cost and quality,- Identifying problems and solving,- Implementing custom enchantments,- Improving profitability by structural and production process optimization,- Improving production efficiency by waste reduction and implementation of technical concepts,- Monitoring product quality, discussing quality issues, audits,- Coordinating post-audit activities,- Apprising entrusted materials,- Responsibility for technical equipment,- Maintenance and overhauls schedules, budgeting and expense settlement,- Participation in different company’s projects,- Participation or leadership in starting new production, transferring production to different supplier,- Upholding good relations with Co-packers, developing current cooperation, and searching for new suppliers.

(UK based company).- Planning production (MTS) for short shelf life products,- Ensuring stock availability in external DCs located in the UK,- Distributing finished goods to recipients across the UK and EU countries,- Preparing loading plans, shipment schedules, providing on-time deliveries,- Supervising warehousing operations, warehouse space optimization,- Coordinating incoming goods process for raw materials and packaging,- Selecting carriers and their services, negotiating freights, setting cooperation rules,- Challenging 3PL's for process improvements and cost-effective solutions,- Co-creating strategy in terms of increasing logistics effectiveness,- Monitoring key performance indicators, validating processes cost and quality,- Analysing KPI data (forecast, capacity, stock level, lead times, etc.).
