Current~ Leading IATF 16949:2016 internal and external audits and managing all compliance requirements for BIS Certification and CQI 12 Audits.~ Spearheading continuous improvement initiatives and overseeing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) projects to align with sustainability objectives.~ Managing Total Plant Quality Management (TPQM) and Quality Management System (QMS) implementation, ensuring robust and efficient processes across all operational areas.~ Overseeing document control and records management for audit readiness and traceability, in compliance with industry standards and regulations.~ Conducting training programs for team members on quality management principles, IATF compliance, and best practices, fostering a culture of quality awareness and capability building.~ Facilitating customer audits to meet and exceed client quality standards and addressing any non-conformities with effective corrective actions.~ Organizing quality celebrations and recognition events to promote continuous improvement and celebrate achievements in quality.~ Coordinating cross-functional quality projects, such as 5S implementation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions (CAPA), driving operational excellence and cost-efficiency.~ Implementing risk management strategies to minimize process deviations and enhance overall quality performance.~ Developing quality metrics and KPIs to track performance and guide continuous improvement efforts.
