RLF's mission is to empower persons with visual impairment by developing and providing technology solutions for inclusion in society, focusing on mobility, education and independent living. RLF is enabling students with visual impairment to gain a comprehensive learning experience by providing affordable and accessible tactile resources and education-based tangible solutions. RLF is a not-for-profit incubated out of IIT Delhi. RLF has successfully delivered more than 15 projects across 40 cities in India, impacting more than 25000 persons with visual impairment. RLF is closely working with 75+ schools and has trained more than 7500 students and 600 teachers. EMPOWER (http://assistech.iitd.ernet.in/empower2019/) is an Assistive Technology Conference being organised annually since 2018 to bring together all stakeholders in the AT sector. This unique event sees active participation of AT researchers, industries, users and user organizations, special educators, inclusive designers, entrepreneurs as well as policymakers engaged in the creation, production and dissemination of assistive technology solutions. The event consists of keynote talks, reviewed and invited papers, workshops, posters, user forums, panel discussions, experience zone as well as an exhibition featuring a number of latest Assistive Technology (AT) products.

Ideated and prototyped an automated Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) system to reduce several hours of manual CAM programming. The system was developed by employing feature-based recognition and adaptive machining tool selection.The system caters to various international GE manufacturing centres.

Enhanced the Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) of the manufacturing unit by 20% by employing:• Machine scheduling of 50+ machines based on shift planning.• Tool Lifecycle management to track usage and repair operations.• Inventory Management Models to plan material inflow and outflow rates.
