Key Responsibilities:•Working closely with departments, Forestry Commission, State Papers (SP), Home Office (HO) and Treasury (T), Environment & Pollution Control Board, District Administrations and Police force, assisting line supervisors & juniors to understand and implement policies and procedures;•Negotiating with local communities members, staffs and their representatives ( trade union officials) on issues relating to land (roads), pay and conditions Attending timely Daily, Weekly, and Monthly planning meeting for smooth operation. Iimplementing the assigned areas of responsibility within the HR function.•Liaisoning with labour department, job related government officials, the workmen, sub-contractors and special agencies to maintain good industrial relations and to ensure full statutory compliances.•Handling the payroll. & Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management, Full and Final Settlement, Ensuring disbursement of statutory minimum wages, and review of skill grades and wage rates if warranted. •Managing all correspondences.•Recruiting workmen as per the selection procedure specified [such as site requirement as confirmed by management, background clearance, skills test & confirmation.
