• Conducted quarterly DSA meetings to assist Product PMWs in meeting Navy Management Plan (NMP) (formerly SHIPMAIN) milestones, improve DSA processes, resulting in improved performance of 35%.
• Designed and implemented design metrics to track funding performance, and trend analysis.
• Supported PMW 760 DSA financial reviews with NAVSEA and 2 SUPSHIPs validating DSA budgets.
• Wrote PMW 750 White Paper for a new Design Module to improve tracking and reporting in SPIDER.
