- Reported to the Chief Credit Officer and Director for Credit Administration. Responsible to assist with monthly, quarterly and annual portfolio reporting.- Led loan officers in establishing centralized tracking platform for client reporting requirements which is currently still in use. Outstanding documents reduced by 30% in a matter of weeks.- Designed the first comprehensive Online Banking Client Database for the Cash Management Division. - Carried out portfolio-wide study using North American Industry Code System (NAICS) with 92% portfolio coverage. This allowed department to assess risk by studying - on top individual performance - large-scale industry behavior.

10 Week internship covering 4 areas of the bank - Created and implemented program which, based on clients’ Credit Bureau information, automatically deploys personalized restructuring campaigns. Initiative accounted for large portion of month’s revenue.- Opened communication channels and identified bottlenecks within the Mortgage Underwriting Department.
