Have 32 years of experience in the field of education with 16 years in teaching in the high school in one of the most reputed educational institutions owned and managed by the Jesuits known as De Nobili Schools in North India followed by 16 years of administrative experience as a Vice- Principal for 6 years and as a Principal for 10 years. During this administrative period I have successfully handled curricular and co- curricular activities in 3 schools these are schools affiliated to CISCE New Delhi. As an administrator I have successfully taken care the academic expectations of the institution in keeping with the mission and vision of the institution. The Co-curricular activities like sports and games were taken to a greater heights and academic standards raised to the expectations of the students and parents alike.An academician having completed the education from the school to the college including professional qualification from reputed Jesuit Colleges, have always kept the bar of expectation always high and have achieved the same. Had very good interpersonal rapport with students, teachers and parents alike. Conducted a number of orientation programs for the teaching fraternity and attended Regional and All India ASISC meetings for the last 10 years and am well versed with the rules and regulations of ICSE & ISC. Am very familiar with the prevailing educational scenario in the country. I have successfully motivated and conducted online classes for the students as per the Covid protocols and SOP’s as laid down by the government for two batches of examinees during this pandemic. Am trying to explore new avenues of opportunities in the field of education for I am convinced that my experience will be handy and beneficial.
