Stock accounting and monitoring, Gain/Loss analysis and recommending the necessary standard practices to minimize and keep the loss within the limit.  Store Management like keeping the inventory details, stock of the free issue and other emergency stocks for smooth execution of the project and maintenance activities.  Development of CNG station in the Market, Ensuring the supply of long-lead item for construction CNG station.  Development of low-pressure network, commissioning of the MDPE network, DRS, MRS to various industries, commercial units & household domestic customers etc.

Supply and Distribution of MS/HSD/SKO to Retail Outlet. Allocation of TL, Tank Farm Operation, Receiving product from Tank Wagon and decantation. Mainenance  Work Identification, estimation, tendering, award & execution at stipulated time period.  Inspection of works, ensuring required standards, supervision and measurement of the executed jobs. Maintaining the measurement books, invoicing and billing through SAP moduleImplementing maintenance schedule and adherence to preventive maintenance schedule of pumps, motors, electrical facilities, etc. for continuous functioning of the POL depot without any breakdown throughout the year.Tank Lorry filling Gantry operation as per laid down procedures and SOP for regular & smooth supply of petroleum products to the Retail Outlet in minimum turnaround time.  Ensuring the quantity & quality standard of the company in the product delivery.
