Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWREL) is a global end-to-end renewable engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) solutions provider. The company also manages an operation and maintenance (O&M) portfolio of around 6.4 GWp solar power projects (including for projects constructed by third parties) in 29 countries todate. Handled Operations & Maintenance of Suzlon India business assets as per international standards of QHSE as well as ESG. The installed base of assets include 9308 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) rating to 14.2 GW, operating in 09 different state with 3673 manpower and 91 sites. The WTG models varied from 350 KW to 3.0 MW and have different kinds of technologies involved. Further the assets included 205 Substations, 3023 Km of EHV grid and 10092 Km of HV grid feeders. The customer base was 1900 + and involved IPPs, PSU, Retails customers, with varying contractual terms and battery limits. Evaluated business risks time to time and emerged with mitigation plans suitably. OFC based and RF based SCADA systems were operated for 24x7 monitoring of the parks at established Data Centers, with 99% data availability. Established Focused approach on Digitization of the processes with applications related to Customers Reach, Project reliability and predictive analysis. Special focus was on in-house repairs for WTG components including major components viz., Gear Box, Generator, Transformer. In-house teams were developed to undertake specialized activities. Development of Craneless technology for Replacing WTG major component like Gearbox, Generator, Blade & Nose Cone was enforced for cost reduction as well as timely restoration in difficult terrains Value Added Products for WTG were identified and sold to customers. These products increased Generation/ Efficiency of the WTGs and thereby increased revenue for the customers. Instrumental in Suzlon achieving various awards, wherein Suzlon won the esteemed ‘The Economic Times Sustainable Organizations 2023’ award as well as 'The Economic Times – Energy Company of the Year’ at The Energy Leadership 2023 Awards.

Heading O&M of Windfarms having Capacity of 808 MW located in the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.Involved in Asset management, Corporate strategy, Power evacuation as well as Data analytics.Focused on strategy of self-development & high yield (MWh instead of MW)

Was responsible for entire gamut of O & M Business of Wind Energy Converters, Substations & External Electricals at six states, handling 2GW generation profile comprising of 2220 turbines and 14 Substations. Training and mentoring engineers into Naval Specific engineering systems & concepts. Undertook instructions on Electrical, Electronics and Applied subjects viz., Microwave theory, Digital Technology, Power Generation and Distribution, Power Electronics, Hydraulics, Control systems, Radar systems and Weapon Control systems. Was guide for Electrical/ Electronics project works and set up Hydraulics Laboratory for instructional purposes.
