At Indigo, I worked with the Power Electronics team in developing an integrated design solution for the electric vehicle powertrain. My primary responsibility was designing a step-down DC-DC converter and gate drive for a three-phase inverter. In this role, I managed the project from concept to final design and integration into the motor drive solution. Other responsibilities included wire assemblies, soldering, and crimping as well as validation and thermal testing on existing PCB designs.

Assisted Professor Purnima Ratilal-Makris and Professor Nick McGruer in a Circuits & Signals course serving as an introductory class for electrical and computer engineering students at Northeastern. Responsibilities included mentoring students and teaching them to use basic lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DC power supplies, and digital multimeters.

My primary responsibility was to maintain and update Sikubora's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) database using PHP and SQL. Other responsibilities at this solar engineering start-up included designing the schematic and PCB layout for the in-house developed smartboard, creating a financial model and investor package for expansion throughout Tanzania, and collaborating with Tanzania co-workers to incorporate local knowledge into the ERP.

At Burohappold, an engineering consulting firm, I worked with senior Electrical Engineers to coordinate electrical infrastructure design for commercial and residential buildings. In coordination with our MEP and Structures team as well as architectural firms, I contributed to electrical drawings using Autocad's REVIT software and completed load and sizing calculations while following all NEC requirements.

Worked in Professor Nicol McGruer's lab modeling and testing MEMS devices using COMSOL.

Ensured the safety of students who live in on-campus residential buildings.

Helped set up and promote new programs to members and worked at the YMCA summer camp as a senior counselor.
