About Phoebe Williams

I am currently a policy adviser in the Resilience and Crisis Management Division at the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet. I have experience as a policy adviser in the Office for Women, in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet. During my role in the Office for Women I developed in depth policy expertise in income support, workplace relations, employment services and housing.I was a 2022 graduate at the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet.I graduated with a Bachelor of Global Studies and Bachelor of Science from Monash University in December 2021. I graduated with an extended major in Environmental Science and a specialisation in International Relations.Throughout my undergraduate degree, I have enriched my experience through many leadership, philanthropy, and industry opportunities. I have been actively involved in the campus community as a peer mentor, open day ambassador, and as SEED events officer.In my role as a Project Consultant with 180 Degrees Consulting, our team was awarded the Global Consulting Award for our project with Save the Children focusing on social protection in the Pacific.
