Participated in the production, communication and processes of the Corporate University of Wiz, called Wizity. Among the activities, are the construction and monitoring of Instagram, support and creation of events for the People and Management area and/or the entire company. Wizity's focus is to constantly develop Wiz employees and encourage continuous learning.

In addition to being Project Director, he also served as Advertising Planning Director at the agency. I was responsible for organizing accounts and training, relationship with speakers, team development and monitoring the work carried out by members of the area.

During my experience in the role, I was responsible for carrying out campaign and communication planning. I had several clients, such as Isofen and INESC. I also carried out internal activities thinking about team alignment and planning for the junior agency's actions.

I participated in several trainings, from creativity in advertising to art direction. In this experience I had the opportunity to participate in a competition and create a campaign plan for an NGO, being Uma Sinfonia Different.

I went through experiences on several fronts, from communication to the production of large events while participating in the production team. As an assistant, I worked at the Santa Figa parties, an experience focused on the World Cup in Brazil, and Aquarela, a New Year's party.
