• Lead On-Site Coordinator of a 10 Floor, Major Retrofit of the Telus/ATB Towers.
• Simultaneously Coordinate 13 Projects and Assist Management Team in Cost, Schedulingand Performance Decisions.
• Allocate Resources as Required to Achieve Safety, Scope, Schedule, and Quality Objectives.
• Cost/Budget Analysis, Product Submittals, Change Orders, and Progress Billing.
• Lead Coordination and Management Meetings to Discuss Progress/ Scheduling Concerns.
