As a middle school art teacher, my primary responsibility is to plan and implement engaging and challenging lessons for students in grades 6-8. I assess and evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback, and I collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate art into the wider curriculum. It is also important to me to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment and to attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.

As the OVA Club Advisor, I am responsible for guiding and supporting students participating in the Olympics of Visual Arts (OVA) competition. My duties include organizing meetings, helping students develop their projects, planning fundraising events, and coordinating trips to competitions. I ensure that students have the resources and encouragement they need to succeed, fostering a creative and collaborative environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, a passion for visual arts, and the ability to inspire and mentor young artists.
