Current• Production planning and scheduling• Ensure 5S and CI standards are met• Monthly Team Leaders development reviews• Ensuring production KPIs are met• Management of holidays and absences• Staff interviews, appraisals and disciplinary• Organizes and supervises workflow to meet production plans• Manage production capacity planning; exchangeability and flexibility on key production stations• Plan, manage and supervise production training process• Monitors the… Show more • Production planning and scheduling• Ensure 5S and CI standards are met• Monthly Team Leaders development reviews• Ensuring production KPIs are met• Management of holidays and absences• Staff interviews, appraisals and disciplinary• Organizes and supervises workflow to meet production plans• Manage production capacity planning; exchangeability and flexibility on key production stations• Plan, manage and supervise production training process• Monitors the production processes and adjust schedules and rates as needed• Manages productivity rates, Efficiency on team and key positions level and takes corresponding measures when needed• Ensures that customer orders are completed on time in full and that the quality standards are met• Prepares and controls the annual budget for the function• Ensures that health and safety regulations are met and the company guidelines are followed• Eliminate, prevent and/or provide countermeasures for all production issues• Initiate improvement actions to reduce production spending and increase process efficiency• Communicate with all Team Leads on a daily basis• Communicate daily with other shifts and peers regarding quality, workload capacity, safety, staffing problems, and CI issues• Lead solution of production problems as they occur• Be the first contact for Production Supervisors and Team Leaders when problems and concerns occur• Participate in escalation process to ensure that downtime is minimal• Participate in problem solving activities related to all manufacturing issues• Actively participates in HR Processes such as Recruitment, Training Planning, Evaluation, Goal-Setting process, Objectives Evaluation, Job Description update and others• Design production layout plans according to process flow• Follow and report production KPI and take correction actions if needed• Implement preventive actions to avoid disturbance of the production flow and ensure achievement of target set Show less
