I have over 30 years' experience within the print trade, having started work as a trainee on litho printing machines, whilst attending the London College of printing, where I gained a BTEC Certificate in technical print and administration.I joined Metloc Printers in 1980, working my way through the shop floor, and eventually became the Production Manager. I left in 1988 to join Turnpike Press as a production assistant, working my way up the ladder to Production Director.At Print4UK my main duties besides organising the production of work through the factory are estimating, final costings, procurement, client liaison, technical problem solving (both internal & external), despatch, and the management of our staff.My extensive print experience is key to ensuring that we identify and correct problems for our clients before their jobs go to print.
