In charge of casting process development for new parts + transfer for serial production.The latest high-tech gasoline or diesel engine developments involved more complex and efficient aluminium cylinder heads in order to answer growing market expectations (Downsizing, cost saving, CO² and emissions reduction).This goal was achieved trough an intense collaboration with R&D, Design office departments and local production plants support.It gave me an exceptional opportunity to travel widely and to meet different human or industrial cultures, from Asia to Europe.Some developments and transfer I had in charge :(2014/2015) FORD DRAGON PFI - Development, transfer & production on location of Dewas, India.Support to the plant creation and bringing Montupet know how's in order to achieve successful joint venture with Jaya Hind Industries.(2013/2014) FORD PANTHER - Belfast (N.I)(2012/2013) RENAULT K9K €6 - Ruse (BG) + Laigneville (FR).
