Set up and occasionally present awards to farms at regional meetings attended by both members and Agri-Mark executives.• Successfully administer the company’s Quality Control Program fairly and effectively while also maintaining favorable and positive relationships with members including under adverse circumstances such as limited budgets, lean production, and low business and/or tech acumen. • Collaborate with veterinarians, agricultural companies, and state agriculture departments to assure 90% or above compliance of farm quality on US Public Health and FDA inspections. • Analyze and interpret complex laboratory data sets to identify key trends and patterns requiring further investigation and then identify and resolve data discrepancies to ensure total accuracy, integrity and reliability of lab results for quality troubleshooting.• As an appointed member of the Agri-Mark Sustainable Farms Committee, share farming, business and lifestyle sustainability ideas to help farmers identify and implement sustainable methods of farm business practices.
