• Continually grows the eKayaMedia fan base• Listens, responds, ask questions and engage with the audience. • Measure results on a weekly basis.• Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:• Create, curate, and manages all published content• Monitors, listens and responds to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.• Develops and expands community and/or blogger outreach efforts.• Oversees design (ie: facebook timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, twitter profile, and blog).• Designs, creates and manages promotions and social ad campaigns.• Becomes an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.• Works with the product development team to ensure social media tools are kept up to date• Writes effective copy in a lot of different styles.• Researches what is happening in the fast changing world of social and digital media, what competitors are doing and what new measurement tools are being use.• Figures out how to best communicate a company's message on different platforms, and sometimes might need to convey sensitive issues.• Friendly and approachable online.• Works almost exclusively through computers.
