P-55 project planner, in charge of operational and financial schedule development and updating; Work Breakdown Structure of the Project; Milestones tracking; Support documents related to milestones achieved; Risks & Opportunities analysis; Close relationship with project´s director, operation and engineer managers; Follow up of the on and offshore operations on a daily basis; Embarks in order to support laying and equipments installations.

Duties: Implementation of a project management methodology, according to PMI best practices, to be followed by the area; Operational and financial schedule control of each project; Risks meeting attending; Development of project documentation templates (project charter; communication plan; responsibilities matrix, scope, risk matrix etc.); Validation of deliverables before submission for client’s agreement;Main Achievements: Implementation of the software called EPM – Enterprise Project Management – that allows the input of schedules and documents by the projects managers and, as well as status follow up by remote access; Improvement of procedures and flowcharts that were adopted by each area of business; good performance in delivering projects on time - within budget and scope

Duties: Sales and Production´s follow up on a monthly basis of mining. Actual x forecast analysis through interface with the operation area understanding and reporting variations.
