* Responsible for handling Direct Implementation Partners for Corp to Corp, Full time Requirements and also Handling Some Direct Clients.* Leading a team of 10+ Recruiters, providing full training to them before making them hit the floors daily target.* Understanding the Recruiter's Skills Knowledge and Specialization and assigning job Requirement Accordingly which helps to meet the Turn around time.* Follow up with Recruiters every half-an hour to know to status on the requirement assigned, re-designing the strings to help them find more candidates on the Internal Databases and portals.* Spending Time with Recruiters and helping them filling the Requirement if needed.* Screening each Profiles before Submitting it to Onsite Manager or SDP.* Encouraging team and making Internal Team Targets to Get Better Performance each and Every Day /Month.* Responsible for the full life cycle of sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing the positions.* Filtering through and reviewing complete candidate profile/resume and evaluated applicants work history, education andtraining, job skills, desired salary/hourly rate, and personal qualifications against open requirements.* Souring and submitting the qualified candidates using the internal database, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linkedin, Google groups.* Follow-up with candidates for Client Evaluation Schedules/Re-schedules, and also on updates before and After the Evaluation.* Maintaining good relation with consultants for future requirements.* Coordinating directly with the onsite Manager and offshore Service Delivery Personnel on Updates, feedback etc.* Responsible for Meeting Daily and Monthly Team Targets.
