I am a seasoned litigator who represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters. I am well-versed in all stages of litigation, and have tried numerous cases to verdict or settlement. I have also authored and argued dozens of successful motions that have resulted in the early dismissal of claims. In addition to my commercial trial practice, I represent parties and amicus before the appellate courts of various jurisdictions. I lead my Firm's Appellate Practice Group. I have been named a Southern California Super Lawyer for 2020-2023 by Super Lawyers Magazine. I was named a California "Rising Star" from 2012-2018.
