I am a self-directed and driven project management and Electrical Engineering professional with a comprehensive background leading the design, implementation, and maintenance and staff leadership of the construction and building service industry. I have More than five years of hands-on experience in the building service engineering sector as a Project Engineer/ Project manager, executing multimillion-dollar construction projects. I am well-versed in Electrical Designs, MEP coordination and MEP project management. I worked as a Project Electrical Engineer on the 'New Maternity Hospital Project' in Galle, Sri Lanka, which is the largest maternity hospital in South Asia (with 600 beds), from the design stage to the testing and commissioning stage. I've devoted the last six years in the industry to design, construct, and maintain high-rise and mid-rise buildings. As a Senior Executive at Realty Management Services (Pvt) Ltd, I maintained building services of some of Sri Lanka's most prestigious properties, including the world's highest vertical garden building (Clear Point Residencies, Sri Lanka).I am able to engage with all stakeholders and have consistently adopted industry standards that have enhanced quality, reduced costs, and increased team productivity across a range of building service engineering projects. In addition, I have substantial knowledge and abilities in business operations, such as project proposals, tender documentation, procurements, and negotiations, as well as staff management and day-to-day operations.
