I have automated several daily processes and I have also done several enhancements to optimize the application performance for a smooth and efficient user experience.I have also coordinated with other teams where there is an application dependency to solve a clients request on priority along with this I have also collaborated with different teams in upstream and downstream to automate several processes.I have used JCL , COBOL and DB2 and have used Agile method to develop and enhance the application.During this period, I also got an opportunity to manage a team of ten people, in which I have ensured the distribution of work depending on individuals' skill set so that the client's requests can be addressed efficiently. I have undergone the extensive training process of Infosys, where I learnt different technologies and cleared the training being one of the High performers of the batch.

During this small stint with one of the best ed-tech companies of the country got numerous opportunities to learn and develop inter personal skills . I successfully met my targets during this period and was one of the top performers in the team.
