The main responsibilities:Supporting the clients:- Help in solving problems at different levels- Chats, calls, online customer support using remote control applications (TeamViewer, RDP, IPMI/KVM)- Monitoring and Supporting servers.- Negotiations with our Collocations (by phone, email, portal) in case of emergency- Operations with Helpdesk (OTRS), Jira Dot Project, CRM - Perform information gathering and discovery/confirmation diagnostics during wide-spread outages- Internal cooperation with company departments (Sales, Project Managers, Developers, QA)- Perform complex network equipment configuration and installations - Troubleshoot, isolate, implement and recommend corrective action based on network problems impacting multiple buildings, including core networking/security devices- Maintain professional and considerate work relationships inside and outside the department.- Maintain relevant, up-to-date knowledge of Operating Systems, network technologies, design best practices, and support technologies.-Troubleshooting and conflicts resolving with customers
