• Provides technical assistance in the set-up, installation and configuration in the systems integrated network on IPCCTV, IPTV, Access Control Systems, VoIP, Intercom, Fire Alarm System, BMS and Work Station. Making sure all the Systems and network is running efficiently. Task includes CCTV inspections and monitoring on more than 1600 cameras indoors and outdoors. • Plans and continuously evaluate, and further develop the Surveillance CCTV locations, Systems and Procedures.• Test systems and train CCTV operators on its functions and provide manuals and procedures when needed.• Isolation and troubleshoot of system hardware and network problem.• Solve practical problems and detect and repair system faults.• Perform routine CCTV preventive maintenance services.• Troubleshoots the (ACS) and its peripheral equipment to determine problems and to remedy problems by installing, initiating, modifying, adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and equipment including card readers, electric strikes, electric panic devices, motion sensors, and magnetic locks• Installation and Configuration of the K32 controllers, card reader, magmatic lock, push button and emergency break glass.• Ability to use Siport NT graphic interface.• Prepares reports related to access activity when request is approved by appropriate administrator.• Communicating with the Field Operations Manager and taking his assistance when required.• Ensuring that at all times tools, materials and safety equipment are regularly maintained.• Maintaining all paperwork and documentation up-to-date and communicating appropriately with Customer Service Administration Office.• Observing and promoting safe working practices.

Making sure all the Systems and network is running efficiently. Task includes CCTV inspections and monitoring on more than 1600 cameras indoors and outdoors. • Carry out daily operation & preventive and corrective maintenance on all system hardware personally or thru assigned technicians. • Supervise and monitors the installation, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of Panasonic Cameras, Cisco VoIP Telephones, IPTV, Access Control, Intercom, Fire Alarm System and computers at workstations. • Troubleshoots the (ACS) and its peripheral equipment to determine problems and to remedy problems by installing, initiating, modifying, adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and equipment including the Autonomous Control Unit Remote Reader Electronics, card readers, electric strikes, electric panic devices, motion sensors, and mag‐locks• Configuration and Installation the controllers, card reader, magnetic lock, push button and emergency break glass.• Proactively coordinate with Planning Engineer and Site/Project Manager with regards to proper scheduling & implementation of monthly, quarterly or yearly preventive maintenance of all equipment and electronics component in the systems integrated network. • Respond to management requests for upgrading existing equipment/systems to modify and enhance the systems to achieved desired results safely and cost effectively. • Perform other duties assigned by Site Manager, Planning Engineer and Technical Superintendentdent

• Oversee the Engineering Operation and Maintenance, personally or through assigned Engineers and Technicians. This includes managing and organizing the Staff in operational aspects, supervision of daily work flow and interactions with General Manager and Admin making sure all schedules and priorities are well attended to.• Provides Professional work involving planning and coordinating in the installation, maintenance operation & repair of electronics equipment/components systems. • Prepares and Studies Technical drawings, specifications of Electronics systems and scope of work to ensure that Installation and Operation conforms to the Standards of Project requirements. Also for upgrading of existing equipment/systems to modify and enhance the systems to achieved better services cost effectively. • Secure all necessary government permits in relation to our project expansion to avoid any delays of our scheduled timetable. Coordinate with VECO, PLDT and other utility companies with regards to project implementation and pole attachments with their poles making sure standards are strictly followed and implemented. • Coordinate with contractors with respect to system design implementation of our expansion projects. • Coordinate with Logistics Department regarding OSP/Inside Plant Engineering materials and equipment inventories. • In general act as Head of engineering operation for Cebu Branch

• Responsible for central control device within cable operating systems providing centralized functions such as signal distribution.• Responsible for the supervision of Headend Operators/Personnel with regards to their respective duties & responsibilities and work schedule.• Perform installation and maintenance of satellite receivers, modulators, demodulators, scrambler/encoders and other related CATV headend equipment for OSP Broadcasting.• Maintain of all signal sources: satellite and broadcast TV antenna systems• Operate various RF, video, and optical test equipment: fusion splicing machine, spectrum analyzer, RF signal level meter, optical TDR, Oscilloscope, and optical power meter.• Performs all duties necessary to insure maximum operating efficiencies of the headend on a 24/7 basis and in a manner consistent with NTC policies, procedures, quality standards and all applicable local, state and national regulations. This will include oncall rotation duties.• Interfaces with necessary vendors, program providers and its sanction personnel/s in respect with inquiry, assistance or authorization with their corresponding programs.• Responsible for the edit and broadcast of all audio/video playback materials that is used for cable broadcasting.• Works closely with Engineering maintenance in relation to signal sources problems and other Outside Plant related matters.• Assist in the possible implementation of new technologies or services.• Insure schematics and historical records for the headend are maintained to ensure that maintenance and service activities as well as compliance with regulations are documented. This includes documenting the signal distribution specifics to/from remote optical hubs over the transport network.• Supports basic configurations and able to troubleshoot routine issues independently.• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Performs all level of Preventive maintenance of Fiber Optic Cables, Coaxial Cables, Power supplies, Trunk Amplifiers, Bridger Amplifiers, Line Extenders and other equipment/materials in connection to Outside Plant Engineering Broadcast.• Responsible for maintaining the highest quality signal level & reception at the subscriber’s end.• End of the line testing to make sure sufficient signal level and good quality reception at subscribers (TV’s) end.• Respond to subscriber’s complaint.• Responsible for the supervision of all Line Maintenance personnel in relation to their respective duties and responsibilities and other related matters.• Coordinate with Headend Engineering with regards to signal source problems and other related matters.• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing with regards to areas subject for expansion.• Coordinate with Logistics Department regarding OSP Engineering Materials/Equipment supply and inventory.• Gather sufficient data needed for the expansion project, like strand-mapping and housepass survey for designed, costing and implementation purposes.

• Site survey for preparation of expansion work such as Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) and Single Dwelling Unit (SDU) installations. • Coordinate with building administrator to get all the necessary data and specifications involved in the design process for MDU Installation.• RF Designed and make corresponding cost estimate of the Multi Dwelling Unit Installation for hotel buildings and apartments.• Supervise the Lay-out of Coaxial cable to from our signal source to the entrance of the building down to the electrical room or riser. • Installation of junction boxes and cable pulling and termination of splitters.• Supervise the installation of active and passive devices. • Installation, activation and alignment of Electronic Devices.• End of the line testing to make sure sufficient signal level and good quality reception at subscribers (TV’s) end.• Coordinate with Headend Engineer to know the program line-up and reception related matters.• Coordinate with Electronics/Activation Engineers to know what particular areas ready for housedrop installation.• Coordinate with Logistics Department to monitor the status housedrop installation materials.• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Dept. to properly assign or scheduled priorities to installers to avoid conflicts and misunderstanding.• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
