Lately, I've identified a problem: There is a big gap in communication between scientists/engineers and business/managers. Even though they speak the same language, they are not able to use the same terms to establish connection points that help them send the message across the organization. I'm aiming to be the bridge, a nerd who has outstanding soft skills (communication & interpersonal) with a huge interest in business.1.- In order to contribute to this problem, I've participated in several entrepreneurial and innovation programs that provide me with a better understanding of business strategy, inovation methods and how to work in fast-paced environments. 2.- I've started giving talks about my experience and path post-Bachelor's degree. I dream of giving talks to the new generation to help them understand their current problems, drawing from my own experiences on how I developed myself. 3.- The experience at EY has given me a lot of insights and skills such as problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, expanding my skillset on my journey to be the bridge/connection.About free time: - Stepping out of my comfort zone (backpacking, talking to strangers, communication) - Develop my creative side (journaling, painting, reading) - Being a sports enthusiast (surfing, climbing, hiking, swimming, and basketball) - Cooking, but without following recipes, the kitchen is my laboratory.
