Managed the Midwest headquarters and operations for advertising programs at airports, shopping malls, and City of Chicago (with over 2,000 advertisements in bus shelters), leading a team of 50 members and programs of over $30M achieving continuous improvement of business and project management processes for gains in quality, service, and costs. Successfully directed implementation of Pittsburgh and Minneapolis airports programs under budget and contractual deadline to continue to manage the programs in the years after. Accountable for the regions’ budget. Oversaw all aspects of coordination of programs with City of Chicago and airport officials at all levels, including commissioner’s and mayor’s offices. Supported sales team coordinating with regional VP of sales and directly interacting with customers, including sale and implementation of all projects for “JCDecaux Innovate”.
