Medical image processing algorithms implementation for GPU devices.Development of a CT multi-bed stitching application based on signal correlation and geometrical correction algorithms. It takes advantage of the massive parallelism offered by GPU devices and presents an optimized memory model that allows the stitching of big images in near-real-time.
