I helped to improve the way the process of teardowns was made. applying a methodology called value engineering. My department grows from 3 to 9 teardowns/yearly.• Assist ODM engineers to identify any additional information for the bill of materials scrubbing and include alternatives for each commodity. Support Engineering team with all NRND(not recommended for new design) or Last time buys components.• Follow up on the environmental compliant department with the RoHS and Non-Compliant requirements for our suppliers; archiving more than 80% of supplier’s contracts updated. Eliminating obsoletes and NRND.

-Board loaded component analysis archiving 95% benchmarking accuracy on Top marking and Package identification.-Top marking components and making pictures set for the documentation process. Managing the SharePoint and Uploading all documents for projects. total of 6 projects in one year with 100% of success.-In charge of all sending all PCB/PCA analyzed to the recycle center at the end of the project.-Printing all labels for identification of the PCBs and PCAs for future projects.
