▪ Provide coaching, guidance, and training to all supervised staff within the early learning home visiting program. ▪ Facilitate one-on-one reflective supervision, planning, and staff meetings. ▪ Review family files for accuracy; ensure Salesforce and internal database information is regularly updated by staff. ▪ Develop and provide outreach and referral services to qualifying children and families as required. ▪ Prepare and submit weekly program updates for the Department Director. ▪ Monitor social services documentation, data collection, and reporting. ▪ Implement continuous quality improvement through twice-annual projects. ▪ Provide a monthly narrative of program performance and program invoice/budget reports for the Board of Directors.

Program Delivery: Facilitate trainings in person and remote on Zeno’s philosophy and games, delivergame demonstrations, and on-the-job coaching for partners. Host family math events. Nurture relationships with current and potential partners, specifically including Indigenous family serving partners. • Feedback, Reflection, Evaluation, and Data Collection: Support measurement and evaluation of the overall program, activities, and personal practice. Activities could include conducting family discussion groups, interviewing teachers, or collecting other partner and family reported data. Reflect on practice and program delivery in partnership with other team members.• Engage with Team: Work in an action-oriented atmosphere that encourages program improvement, an agile product development cycle, and with a team that tries new ideas. Support other Zeno programs, as requested.• Inclusion: Participate as a peer and equal within the team. Continues to develop the ability to listen, grow, and challenge inequities based on race, economic status, gender identity, immigration status, and other systemic barriers that prevent one’s ability to bring their full self to the work.

Lead children into activities that will provide a healthy and fun environment for their learning process.Supervise and guide support teachers.Monitor children and their behaviors to detect possible neglect and/or abuse.Plan curriculum activities for the children to develop in class.Team up with families and relatives to ensure children’s health, knowledge acquisition and general wellbeing.Watch, log and track children’s socio-emotional, cognitive and motor development through their learning process.Document and monitor relevant information regarding children’s health and wellbeing.Aid families with any health requirement their children may need.Introduce children into a new language through an inclusive, immersive bilingual program specifically designed for our classroom with different techniques and activities.Document pictures, videos and data in general regarding children’s development.Post daily updates on digital platforms designed to communicate and include families in their children’s activities.

Demonstrate English in an effective, clear, professional written and oral communication manner.Used holistic systems for teaching the brain to acquire knowledge easily.Taught Interactive oral communication and English written practices with many audiovisual, and non-traditional learnings.Ability to communicate effectively in one to one and group sessions.Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation for teaching students.Desired skill-sets include MS Office Applications.Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy.Demonstrated ability to work in a bilingual environment within all levels of the organization.
