I am Pablo, an extremely curious 24 years old guy with a strong academic background in data science, currently working as a Senior Data Scientist at BASE Life Science. At my current position, I mainly work as a technical lead in large-scale data migration projects for large pharmaceutical companies.Despite only having worked 3 years as a data scientists in the industry, I have had the chance to work with many different AI, pharmaceutical and data professionals, from which I have learned a lot.From them, I learned to develop efficiently and scalable Python code, to implement software and AI tools tailored to my clients needs and understood the details and processes of both the clinical and quality data models in Veeva Vault.Besides my technical skills, I am also able to communicate in English and Spanish both to technical and non-technical stakeholders. During my time in the industry, I haved worked on my own, as part of a large teams and also by leading small teams (mostly in migration projects) always following agile methodologies and GxP compliance.Regarding my technical skills, I am able to write efficient Python code to implement all the different steps of a complex data processing pipeline. I mainly use SQL to deal with relational databases, and Tableau is my preferred data visualization tool.My colleagues usyally describe me as someone proactive and hard-working who loves to work in a team.
