Currently working as IT- Business Analyst and project manager for a leading company in the aeronautical industry, providing digital solutions for Civil Aviation Authorities worldwide.My main tasks and responsibilities are:-Identify business requirements and create the documentation required for the software implementation project, such as risk analysis, GAP analysis, and the Project Plan creation. Responsibilities and key achievements:-I had direct contact with the client, reviewing and analysing business requirements and creating project documentation, such as project plans, risk analysis and software requirements documentation.-Created Epics and User Stories for three development teams, including designing new workflows and modules.-Designed test cases and performed regression, exploratory, and sanity tests.-Participated in the daily meetings, retrospectives, planning, and sprint reviews and created demos for stakeholders.-Performed onboarding to new team members, where I explained the aviation business and how the system adapts to each customer.
