Even though my time at Seva Beauty was brief, the role was a crash course in the ins and outs of the franchising industry. I was the main point of contact for everything related to new franchise developments. My responsibilities spanned from awarding franchises and finalizing agreements to overseeing build-outs and construction projects. I also ensured each franchise adhered to state codes and regulations, all while aiming for an on-time and successful grand opening.
