The "Propuesta Actual" High School operates a single morning shift. I began my journey here in November 2017, initially as an advisor and later stepping into the role of Director of Studies. I am responsible for training both teachers and students in conventional classrooms and on virtual learning platforms (LMS).I oversee the selection and induction process for new teachers in the Humanities and Social Sciences areas. I plan and monitor the school's programs and teacher planning, while also encouraging the academic development of our faculty and tracking their progress.I coordinate, teach, plan, and define topics and methodologies for teacher training. My journey as a university professor began in August 2013 when I took on the role of Assistant Professor for the Thesis Workshop, focusing on research methodology and thesis creation, at the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA). Shortly after, I had the honor of becoming a Professor for the course "History of Political Ideas III (Modern)."UCA holds a distinguished reputation, being ranked as the top private university in Argentina according to the QS World University Rankings. Joining the faculty, I was privileged to be the youngest professor among my peers, a testament to the trust placed in my capabilities.This role allowed me to explore and delve into the intricacies of modern political thought, while also being an opportunity to contribute to a prestigious institution known for its academic excellence. Teaching at UCA was not just about imparting knowledge, but also about continuous learning and striving for excellence in the midst of esteemed colleagues and bright students.

I had the opportunity to conduct a blended training session on academic tutoring at a bilingual school, where I addressed the main factors, principles, and faculties involved in learning. The training was designed to provide insights into effective tutoring practices while navigating the nuances of bilingual education.Simultaneously, I introduced the learning method that I employ in my private tutoring sessions: self-awareness in a methodological sense. This approach emphasizes the importance of understanding one's own learning style and leveraging it to enhance the educational experience.Being part of a bilingual educational setting added a layer of complexity and richness to the experience, allowing me to adapt and tailor my approach to cater to diverse linguistic needs. It was an enriching opportunity to merge academic tutoring practices with bilingual education, ensuring that the principles of learning were accessible and engaging for all students.

I was part of an educational research team, leading an investigation into the integration and teaching of humanities subjects in primary schools in New York, London, and Paris. Our team consisted of four researchers, and our work culminated in a publication released in October 2016.In this role, I delved into the educational systems and curricula across these diverse cities, examining how humanities subjects were introduced and taught to young learners. The opportunity to explore different pedagogical approaches in such culturally distinct environments was incredibly enriching.Being entrusted with this research project underscored my commitment to enhancing educational practices and provided valuable insights that were shared through our published work.

In 2010, I was appointed as the Director of Programs at "Universitarios para el Desarrollo," a non-profit organization originating in Buenos Aires that has gained both national and international recognition, particularly in some South American countries.I began my journey with the organization as a volunteer (2010-2011) and was later offered opportunities to contribute in various areas. My responsibilities included volunteer recruitment, planning and organizing both the budget and activities for two of the NGO's main programs, and conducting various fundraising activities between 2011 and 2013. Subsequently, I was invited to join the Board.A notable highlight of my tenure was leading a work trip with over 120 university students, a record number for the organization at the time, as trips typically reached a maximum of 80 participants. Managing a team of around 25 people, we successfully conducted activities attended by more than 100 individuals. This experience underscored my ability to lead large-scale initiatives and contribute meaningfully to the organization's growth and impact.

At the Centro Universitario de Estudios (CUDES), I engaged in a variety of activities spanning organizational management, training, and capacity building. CUDES encompasses several business units, including the International Residence, the CUDES Institute of Culture, and programs focused on cultural, professional, athletic, and artistic development.This role marked my first position as a General Director of an organization, having previously served as an administrator. As Director, I held ultimate responsibility for all areas and activities of the organization, which comprised over 50 individuals, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.During my tenure, I implemented a cultural extension program for residents, including a literature and poetry club and a high-performance academic course and tutoring program. This initiative significantly contributed to fostering a conducive study environment within the residence.My time at CUDES culminated in contributing to the creation of the Institute of Culture, further expanding the educational opportunities available to students. I paused my activities at CUDES to pursue a Master's degree in Philosophy in Spain.

At the Centro Universitario de Estudios (CUDES), I was entrusted with overseeing all aspects of economic and financial management, including banking relations, purchasing, supplier management, cash flow, reporting, annual reports, contracts, and more, leading a team of over 15 people.CUDES also indirectly promotes and manages an Institute of Culture ([institutodecultura.cudes.org.ar](http://www.institutodecultura.cudes.org.ar)), which offers a Diploma in Argentine Culture. Initially, I was responsible for the economic and financial area of the Institute. Later, I joined the Institute's Board and collaborated closely with the Executive Director on transitioning to a new Business Model and strategizing for its promotion and funding. I spearheaded efforts to seek new Strategic Partners, including partnerships with Citibank and Quickfood S.A.Upon assuming my role, the Institute faced a deficit of almost $300k. By the time I concluded my tenure, having expanded the business model, we achieved a surplus of $250k. This turnaround allowed us to undertake comprehensive renovations of the building. Managing an annual budget of $1 million, this role underscored my ability to drive transformation and create lasting impact, showcasing my first experience in steering an organization's finances as part of its leadership.
